Based on our 79 Series specialist military vehicles we have extensive knowledge around the development of both single and double cab variants.

Renowned for its durability we specialise in enhancing the payload and high mobility capability of the LC79 as well as customisation of its internal and external capability. Our vehicles can offer a total payload capacity in excess of 1.6t depending upon your load configuration, we have also delivered vehicles capable of achieving UK road registration.

Powertrain Upgrades

The 1HZ forms the basis of many of our platforms due to its ability for enhanced performance, wide fuel tolerance and durability. We can also supply JP8 compatible and gasoline engine variants.

Enhanced Payload

With specialist suspension and axle modifications we can take the LC79 to achieve payload capabilities in excess of 1.6t. Our rear ROPS design capability also offers bespoke stowage configurations.

Gearbox & Axle Upgrades

Converting the vehicle to automatic aids in drivability and can provide reduced maintenance costs, especially with inexperienced drivers. In order to achieve high payloads however an uprated gearbox and axle configuration is required.

Transportability

For many of our customers air transportability is a key requirement in order to support remote operations at short notice. We are experienced in designing platforms to suit the demanding needs for air transportability in both civilian and defence organisations.

From integration of external spotlights to 240V inverters, fuel cells and compressors our team can deliver your bespoke electrical needs for any defence requirement or overland adventure.
